Admission Checklist

• Completed application (Download a copy)
• $50.00 Money order
• Application essay
• High school transcript or official GED
• College transcript(s)
• References (2)
• After your application processing fee (money order) and essay have been received, you will be scheduled to take the entrance test (Test of Essential Academic Skills) at the School of Nursing.
• A personal interview will be scheduled for those applicants who have received test scores that meet school requirements and who have submitted all transcripts (high school/GED and college), two references and TOEFL scores (if applicable).
• Bring proof of citizenship or residency status to the interview.  This must be an offical birth certificate, (if born in the United States), or offical verification of immigration/naturalization status, (if born outside of the United States), or current United States passport. 
• Admissions/Promotions Committee will review all completed records submitted by the application deadline and will notify applicants of the committee’s decision in writing. 

All foreign transcripts must be evaluated by an NACES member evaluation service.

Please note: all transcripts must be sent directly from the school (high school, State Department of Education, college or university.
